What to Expect
What to expect from a coaching session
All coaching sessions are 1 hour. If something comes up at the end of the session, we will find a way to wrap up that feels complete and we can take everything into the next session.
I will guide you through any challenges coming up and to find the answers within yourself while being held if a safe, judgement free space.
You will receive notes at the end of your session so you don’t have to stress about writing your own and you can be fully present (however if you want to write your own, please do).
This coaching space is not therapy. I am not a trained therapist and therefore I do not want to cause any harm to a client by acting as if I have those skills. If a therapist is needed, I will happily help you find someone in that space. Whether that means continuing both coaching with me and therapy, or just moving on to therapy. Your health is the priority.
Coaching with me is about where you are presently and where you are wanting to go in the future. While we will explore and move through limiting beliefs, this is not a space that you need to divulge details about past traumatic experiences. This creates a safe space for both of us.
If I don’t think you are a good fit to my skill set, I will happily refer you onto someone else. You always come first.
What to expect from a discovery call
We will speak about what you’re looking for with coaching
I will let you know what coaching entails
I trust that if you want to work with me you will, on your own terms and that you will choose the option that suits you. I am committed to connection, not marketing, so you will not be pressured into booking anything unless it’s what you want.
Discovery calls are booked via emails. This is for my ease to ensure you can get a time that I can be fully present with you and won’t sign you up to get other emails from me. What you put your email in for is what you get.
