Terms And Conditions

Cancellation policy:

1:1 appointments can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Please provide at least 24 hours notice. If sessions are rescheduled regularly there will be a discussion between the coach and client to see if this is still a good fit. It is expected that you make as many set appointment times as possible.

Group call times cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Please attend at the scheduled time. If you are unable to attend, a recording may be sent out. It is expected you attend as many live calls as possible, preferably missing no more than 2 live calls.

Refunds:

1:1 refunds (including packages) will be given at the discretion of the coach; Molly. Refunds can only be given up to 48 hours in advance unless there are special circumstances which will be determined by Molly.

If a session or future sessions are cut short or cancelled by the coach due to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior, a refund will not be provided.

Group packages can be refunded up to 14 days prior to the date of the first group session. Refunds may be given after this date for special circumstances up to the discretion of the coach; Molly.

Please ensure you have read and agreed to these conditions, as well as the coaching agreement which will be emailed separately. Both need to be agreed to before proceeding with coaching sessions.
