Group programs are perfect if you want to work on a specific area whilst also learning from the experience of others.

Groups provide a mix of learning, reflection and support. They offer connection, shared insight, and accountability, and are a more affordable alternative to 1:1 coaching.

Group Coaching Programs

GOAL SETTING- Next group starts February 23rd 2026

This group focuses on learning my WOW Method for setting clear, structured goals in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. This method will teach you to create goals that fit into your life with ease and help you stay consistent to avoid burnout or overcommitting and giving up.

Once you learn the WOW Method, you will be able to set and review your goals in as little as 10 minutes, giving you a simple framework you can return to again and again.

This group runs for 7 weeks and includes a 1-hour live call every Monday. There are 2 x call times available (day and evening) so you can choose the option that best suits your schedule.
